Raw ground, matched to the builders who want it.
Most vacant land never gets listed. It sits, inherited or forgotten, while builders hunt for lots. We sit in the middle and do the research neither side has time for.
What we do
Land Desk buys vacant land directly from owners. Before we make an offer, we screen each parcel with public data: county parcel records, FEMA flood maps, the National Wetlands Inventory, road frontage, utilities, zoning, and recent sales. That tells us what a lot is really worth to someone who wants to build on it.
We then work with small and custom home builders who have told us exactly what they’re looking for. When a lot fits, we either close on it ourselves or assign our purchase contract to the builder.
How we work
- We’re the buyer. Land Desk acts as a principal for its own account. We are not real estate agents or brokers, and we don’t represent you.
- We say what we are. We tell every seller, in writing, that we may assign our contract and earn a profit doing so.
- We never ask for money. Sellers don’t pay us anything. Closings run through a licensed closing attorney or title company.
- We respect “no.” Ask us to stop contacting you and we will. Reply STOP to any text.
